Two years ago, I bought my husband a Seiko watch as a Christmas present. Since then he's been wearing the poor thing day and night in bed and when he goes swimming when he went to his vacation down in Southeast Asia. He knew the watch was able to stay under water for 4 hours and can stay resistant even when snorkeling. Until now he's still wearing the watch. I think its one of the most valued piece I have given him for the price I paid. Good thing he's been very self-sufficient and conservative, making my gift as worthy as it can be. i only changed the leather band twice that got worn out because of the water when he does the dishes but I tell you the watch is working pretty good. I even though I needed to replace it with a new one this Christmas but its still working as it was the first time he had it. I guess when this one breaks down I would get him one of these Kinetic watches that are supposed to last longer. Longer!? Of course I do not need to wait until this one stops working, I believe he deserves a second watch to use alternately with the old one.
