Is Facebook ready to be public?
Yesterday, I read about the the social networking community about converting all its current stockholders to class B stock which carries 10 times the voting power. They are in the process of it all, in preparation for an IPO?
In a statement, Facebook confirmed that it introduced a dual-class stock structure "because existing shareholders wanted to maintain control over voting on certain issues to help ensure the company can continue to focus on the long term to build a great business."
Would this IPO act like google when it first came out to be a public company? Or it's too big now there would have no more room for so much more improvement?
